Carefree Holiday provides specialized holiday programs and services designed for individuals with special needs and their families. Our services include but are not limited to:

3. Booking and Registration

3.1. Eligibility: Our services are available to individuals with special needs of all ages and their families or caregivers.

3.2. Booking Process: All bookings must be made through our official website, by email, or by direct contact with our representatives.

3.3. Required Information: When making a booking, you must provide accurate and complete information about all participants, including specific details about special needs, medical conditions, medications, allergies, and dietary requirements.

3.4. Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed after receipt of the required deposit and our written confirmation.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Prices: All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified and are subject to change without prior notice until booking confirmation.

4.2. Deposits: A deposit of 30% of the total booking price is required to secure your reservation.

4.3. Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start date of your holiday program.

4.4. Payment Methods: We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, or other methods specified during the booking process.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1. Cancellation by Client:

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days before the start date: Full refund minus a €50 administrative fee
  • Cancellations 30-60 days before the start date: 70% refund of the total amount
  • Cancellations 15-29 days before the start date: 50% refund of the total amount
  • Cancellations less than 15 days before the start date: No refund

5.2. Cancellation by Carefree Holiday:

  • In the event that we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
  • We are not liable for additional costs incurred due to our cancellation (e.g., flights, additional accommodation).

5.3. Force Majeure: No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, epidemic, pandemic, or governmental actions.

6. Accommodation and Services

6.1. Accommodation Standards: We strive to provide accommodations that meet accessibility standards and the specific needs of our clients.

6.2. Changes to Services: We reserve the right to make necessary changes to accommodations, activities, or services if required. We will notify you of any significant changes before your arrival.

6.3. Special Requests: While we make every effort to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee specific accommodations, room locations, or service providers.

7. Health and Safety

7.1. Medical Information: You must provide accurate and complete medical information for all participants with special needs. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in the termination of services without refund.

7.2. Medications: Participants are responsible for bringing all necessary medications for the duration of their stay.

7.3. Medical Emergencies: In case of a medical emergency, we will take reasonable steps to secure appropriate medical care. You consent to emergency medical treatment if deemed necessary by healthcare professionals.

7.4. Insurance: All participants must have valid health and travel insurance that covers medical emergencies and repatriation.

8. Participant Conduct

8.1. Behavioral Expectations: Participants must behave in a manner that doesn’t impact the safety or enjoyment of others. We reserve the right to terminate the participation of any individual who exhibits dangerous, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

8.2. Supervision: Parents or caregivers are responsible for supervising their dependents when not participating in organized activities with our staff.

8.3. Damage to Property: Participants will be held financially responsible for any damage caused to our facilities, accommodations, or equipment.

9. Liability and Insurance

9.1. Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid for the booking.

9.2. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

9.3. Required Insurance: All participants must have valid travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, personal liability, cancellation, and loss of personal belongings.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

10.1. Personal Data: We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

10.2. Medical Information: Medical information provided to us will only be used to ensure appropriate care and services and will be shared only with staff and service providers who need this information.

11. Photography and Marketing

11.1. Photography Consent: We may take photographs or videos during our programs for promotional purposes. You may opt out of this by notifying us in writing before the start of your holiday.

11.2. Usage of Images: Any images taken with your consent may be used in our brochures, website, social media, and other marketing materials.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1. Website Content: All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is our property and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

12.2. Program Materials: Any materials provided during our programs are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed.

13. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

13.1. Complaints Procedure: If you have any complaints during your stay, please inform our staff immediately so we can address the issue. Complaints after departure must be submitted in writing within 14 days.

13.2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Turkey.
