Yes. Our facility is fully accessible for individuals with physical disabilities and wheelchair users. All indoor and outdoor areas can be accessed without barriers. We provide ramps, wide corridors, and elevator systems throughout the site. All rooms, bathrooms, and toilets are adapted for wheelchair use. In addition, we offer a physiotherapy-supported pool specially designed for wheelchair users. This ensures guests can move freely around the facility and participate in activities in a safe and supportive environment.

Yes. There are large outdoor spaces, safe play areas, and structured activities designed for individuals with high energy levels.

Absolutely. Our trained staff understand the needs of nonverbal individuals and support alternative communication methods. The environment is calm, patient, and inclusive.
