Gökçe Dönmez

Although he has been actively working in the field of special education for 13 years; My favorite pursuits are improving myself, following up-to-date information, working actively with my students, and doing project work in our field. From 2013 to 2016, the first years of my profession, I worked as a teacher for the mentally handicapped in Afyonkarahisar Special Education Application Center (OÇEM). I gained a lot of experience in my career, which started as a paid teacher, and I was honored with a “distinguished service award” for my contributions and work while leaving school. From here on, I started my career in Afyonkarahisar. I worked as the Education Coordinator at the Akarcay Special Education and Rehabilitation Center located in the center. It is an integral part of special education in this process. I have given family education many times because there are families. At the beginning of 2018, I moved to Antalya due to the appointment of my wife. Due to the fact that my daughter is still young, I had to take a short break from my profession until September 2019. In September 2019, I started to work as a special education teacher at the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Special Education and Rehabilitation Center. In order to progress better in my career and reach my goals, I transferred to Limon Ağaç Special Education and Rehabilitation Center on 15.06.2020 and I still continue to work as the head of the early childhood and preschool special education unit there.
