About: Bengisu Dündar

Bengisu Dündar graduated from Beykent University’s Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics. Throughout her education, she focused on the role of nutrition in improving individuals' quality of life, gaining comprehensive knowledge and experience particularly in addressing the nutritional needs of individuals with special needs and guests receiving services within the scope of health tourism.

Her professional interests include nutritional management for individuals with autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and similar developmental differences; special nutrition programs for individuals experiencing swallowing difficulties (dysphagia); and management of chronic diseases through nutrition. Additionally, she develops culturally sensitive approaches to meet the health-focused nutritional demands of individuals from different cultures.

During her work at a health tourism hotel, Bengisu Dündar prepares sustainable and holistic nutrition plans suitable for guests' individual health goals and contributes to creating safe, accessible, and supportive nutritional environments for individuals with special needs.

In her work, Bengisu Dündar approaches within the framework of respect for ethical principles and individual differences, adopting a service understanding aimed at supporting guests' well-being both physically and psychologically.
