Ali Salih Eroğlu

Ali Salih Eroğlu is the Founder and Programme Director of Carefree Holiday, a forward-thinking initiative offering structured, inclusive, and therapeutic holiday experiences for children with special needs and their families.

He earned his degree in Sports Sciences from Gazi University and completed a master’s programme at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University, focusing on Autism and Physical Activity. During this period, he led a national social responsibility project titled “Life Through Sport for Autism” in partnership with the Turkish Ministry of Development, aiming to support children with autism through structured movement and physical activity.

In the field of advocacy and awareness, Ali Salih organised a major Autism Awareness Festival at Middle East Technical University (METU) — one of the first and most impactful events of its kind in Turkey. He has also worked with the Autism Foundation, delivering training, consultancy, and hands-on support to families and professionals in the field.

Following his move to the UK, he established the London One to One Academy and Enfield Assessment and Diagnostic Center, delivering diagnostic services, therapeutic programmes, and early intervention for neurodivergent children. His international research across Germany, the Netherlands, and Turkey further enriches his inclusive approach.

Carefree Holiday is the culmination of Ali’s academic journey, field expertise, and commitment to building a more accessible and joyful world for children with special needs.
